    RETURN POLICY

     

    Look, we get it. Sometimes you buy things and it just doesn’t work out. Maybe you were up late drinking Red Bulls and made a late night purchase. Maybe you find out you’re color-blind and the tie you bought doesn’t match her dress! Whatever the reason, we’ll do everything we can to make things right. The Happy Customer Policy is outlined below. 

     

    EXCHANGES  (on eligible products)

    90 Day No-Questions-Asked

    We offer a 90 Day No-Questions-Asked Exchange Policy on all products unless otherwise noted (namely Last Chance, Final Sale, Gift Cards). If for any reason you don’t like the size or color, or really anything about the product, let us know and we will get it exchanged. We will cover return shipping on the original product and the customer is responsible to pay shipping on the new product. If it falls under our 1 Year Defect Warranty, we will cover all shipping expenses. If the product was purchased over 90 days ago, all sales are final and are not eligible for exchange, except for those that fall under the 1 Year Defect Warranty. 



    RETURNS  (on eligible products)

    90 Day No-Questions-Asked

    We offer a 90 Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy on all products unless otherwise noted (namely Last Chance, Final Sale, Gift Cards). If you need to return any part of your order, we will provide a full refund for the product, minus original shipping, and we will cover return shipping expenses. If your product falls under our 1 Year Defect Warranty, we will happily exchange it for you or issue a refund. All sales beyond 90 days are final and are not eligible for return, whether brand new and unopened or used. Gift the heck out of them! ;)



    NON-ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

    For health concerns, all face mask sales are final, whether worn or not. Socks that have had the tag removed are also ineligible for returns or exchanges. 



    1 YEAR DEFECT WARRANTY

    The following is a brief summary of possible defects that would fall under our Defect Warranty for each product. This list is not exhaustive and all defects are considered on a case-by-case basis. Pictures and/or video are required to be sent to happycustomer@toughapparel.com to determine whether or not a product falls under the defect warranty. 

     

    BELTS & BUCKLES

    • Major Discoloration of Belt Strap or Buckle
    • Buckle slides and won’t lock on track
    • Lever on Buckle won’t release
    • Teeth on Buckle too dull or short
    • Otherwise Damaged 

     

    TIES

    • Iron Lock Stitching comes undone
    • Missing Labels on back of Tie
    • Microfiber Tipping Irregularity
    • Irregularities on Tie design (spots, lines, marks, etc.)

     

    SOCKS

    • Irregularities on Sock design (blank spots, lines, marks, etc.)

     

    BUTTON-UP SHIRTS

    • Sewing comes undone on any seam
    • Button(s) fall off
    • Major discoloration occurs
