SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, we will ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, the order will arrive in 2-6 days, depending on the shipping option selected and on your location.

We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Orders typically ship the same or the following business day. We provide each customer with a tracking link for all shipments so that you can follow your order status online. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to possible delays at the post office outside of our control.

To anyone ordering from outside the U.S.

To anyone considering a purchase from outside of the United States: Your order will be subject to duties and taxes on top of the purchase price of your Tough Apparel. We do not cover these costs and they will be billed directly to you. Payment of these duties is typically required before final delivery. The tax/duty rate is dependent on your location and is subject to fluctuation.


Also, all prices on our site are listed in US Dollars. If you are purchasing outside in the US (in CAD, EUR or anything else), you will be charged the USD equivalent of the price in your local currency, subject to daily exchange rates and whatever fees/exchange rate your bank or credit card will charge. We take no responsibility for these currency-related costs and encourage you to understand them before purchasing.

Stolen Packages

Unfortunately we live in a time of rampant porch-thievery and our packages are no exception to the rule. We would ask that you take whatever steps you can to ensure a safe delivery of our product to you. For some, this may include shipping to your place of work or to a friend/family member that you know will be home to receive them.

 

In the case of stolen packages: We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for crooks' actions. If a package is showing as delivered but is not physically at your delivery address, your first recourse is to local authorities. After contacting the local authorities, we would recommend you file a claim with the shipping carrier (currently either FedEx or USPS), which may reimburse you up to shipping and the price of the products purchased. We will soon be offering an insurance product that will offer even more protection against porch thieves. Stay tuned for that.

Absolutely! Electronic gift cards are delivered instantly to the email provided. This code can be used in store or online.

Promo codes cannot be combined at the time of purchase. Only one discount or promo code can be used on each purchase.

 

The product I want is sold out... what should I do?

We are working hard to manage our inventory and make sure we can have your style available. We will try and bring back older styles as often as possible. Be sure to sign up for the Back-in-Stock notifications on the product page to be the first to know when a product is back in stock.

Do you offer wedding discounts?

We do! We love being part of your special day and getting you hooked up with the greatest gear. Shoot us an email weddings@toughapparel.com and we'll reply ASAP.  

Do you do custom?

YOU KNOW IT! Custom ties, socks and even engraving on our belt buckles. Let's customize this to you. weddings@toughapparel.com.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We don’t have a return policy, we have a happy customer policy which means we’ll do whatever it takes to get you taken care of. We’ll always be real with you and hope you’ll do the same with us. When can I expect my refund?

As soon as we receive the product back and inspect, we will issue the refund as applicable.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

So what's the deal with washable ties?

Yes. You can really wash, like in a washing machine, Tough Ties. We have a patent-pending design control all aspects of the supply chain to ensure the highest quality for you.

A Tough Tie is truly one of a kind, and not to be compare to imitators who claim " washable" by being hand washable.

For best results put your Tough Tie in a Tough Apparel wash bag, or any garment bag, and then hang to dry. Should any wrinkles or imperfections arise, simply hit it with some steam, or iron on medium heat, with high steam.

Belt Care

Our ratchet belts are genuine leather. The buckle are a metal alloy. We recommend using a Tough Apparel belt hangar to hang up your belt and keep it nice. Leather will naturally bend or curve with use, don't worry that's normal.
