***This position is for a 90 Day Project that could turn into part time position***

Tough Apparel is a fast growing Men’s Apparel brand looking to build a team of enthusiastic, growth minded individuals. We have recently onboarded a software called Grin to help us start and build an Influencer marketing channel and will need help managing this new channel. 

 

Responsibilities

Manage Grin Platform which includes the following:

  • Finding prospects using different tools
  • Creating Campaigns inside Grin 
  • Inviting Prospects to apply to specific Campaigns
  • Regularly communicate with prospects and creators to facilitate partnerships
  • Post creator content across TA Social Media Platforms

Manage Social Media which includes the following:

  • Assist in developing and executing on Social Media Strategy
  • Posts and Stories on IG and FB
  • Responding to comments and DM’s

 

Qualifications

  • Must be comfortable with technology. All work will take place on a computer and/or phone using several different softwares and platforms.
  • Must be personable. The main role of this job is communicating with potential influencers/affiliates and developing long term relationships
  • A curious mind. A self-starter that doesn't need a lot of hand holding and is constantly learning and growing.
  • Love Tough Apparel is a must. Genuinely enthusiastic about what we’re building. It won’t work otherwise.

 

Details & Benefits

  • $20/Hour
  • 10-15 Hours/week for 10-12 weeks (could turn into long term part time position depending on outcome of Grin Success)
