SHIPPING

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

***Standard order fulfillment time is 1-2 Business Days. We are working around the clock to ensure you get your Tough Gear as soon as possible. Thank you!!***

Once shipped, the order will typically arrive within 1-6 days, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout, and on your location in the world.

We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

We provide each customer with a tracking link for all shipments so that you can follow your order status online. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, due to possible delays with shipping carriers that are outside of our control.

What about shipping outside the US?

International orders will be subject to duties and taxes on top of the purchase price of your Tough Apparel. We do not cover these costs and they will be billed directly to you through the carrier.

Payment of these duties is typically required before final delivery. The tax/duty rate is dependent on your location and is subject to fluctuation.


Also, all prices on our site are listed in US Dollars by default. You have the option to change this based on your location. If you are purchasing outside of the US (in CAD, EUR or anything else), you will be charged the USD equivalent of the price in your local currency, subject to daily exchange rates and whatever fees/exchange rate your bank or credit card will charge. We take no responsibility for these currency-related costs and encourage you to understand them before purchasing.

What if my package is stolen?

Unfortunately we live in a time of rampant porch-thievery and our packages are no exception to the rule.

We now offer shipping insurance through a 3rd Party Insurance company called Route, which covers stolen packages. Simply toggle the Shipping Insurance to "On" in your cart to receive this coverage. They will cover an entire new order.

We would ask that you take whatever steps you can to ensure a safe delivery of our product to you. For some, this may include shipping to your place of work or to a friend/family member that you know will be home to receive them. 

If a package is showing as delivered but is not physically at your delivery address, please wait an additional 1-2 days to make sure it doesn't get delivered late.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area, as well as from the email or text update.

EXCHANGES*

If for any reason you don’t like the size, fit, color, or really anything about the product, let us know and we will get it exchanged. We will cover all shipping expenses via digital pre-paid shipping label the customer will print. After 90 days, all sales are final.

RETURNS *

If you need to return any part of your order, we will offer a refund for the product(s), minus a flat $7 processing/restock fee. We will cover return shipping expenses via digital pre-paid shipping label the customer will print. After 90 days, all sales are final.

1 YEAR DEFECT WARRANTY

If your product falls under our 1 Year Defect Warranty, we will happily replace or exchange it for you.

*Products marketed or sold as Last Chance, Final Sale, Gift Cards, etc., are not eligible for Returns and Exchanges.

Does Tough Apparel offer gift cards?

Absolutely! Electronic gift cards are delivered instantly to the email provided. This code can be used online or gifted to another.

I have multiple promo codes. Can I apply all of them to my order?

Promo codes cannot typically be combined at the time of purchase. Only one discount or promo code can be used on each order unless specifically mentioned.

The product I want is sold out... what should I do?

We are working hard to manage our inventory and make sure we can have your style available. We will try and bring back older styles as often as possible, as well and launch new ones regularly.

If a specific item is currently out of stock, there will be a spot to receive an email notification as soon as it comes back in stock.
